Community Guidelines
These guidelines exist to keep JustChill Live a safe, respectful, and enjoyable space for everyone. By using our platform, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in permanent suspension from the service.

⚠️ Age Requirement: 18+
JustChill Live is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this platform. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' internet use. If you encounter a user who appears to be a minor, please report them immediately via our Contact page. We take child safety extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with law enforcement in any related investigation.
What Is Allowed
JustChill Live is a platform for spontaneous, genuine human connection. We want you to meet interesting people, have fun conversations, practice languages, explore cultures, and make real connections. The following are all welcome:
- ✓Friendly conversation, light-hearted chat, and getting to know people from around the world
- ✓Language practice and cultural exchange
- ✓Sharing opinions, hobbies, interests, and experiences in a respectful manner
- ✓Using the text chat alongside video to share links to public social media profiles (when both parties consent)
- ✓Ending any conversation at any time by clicking Next — no explanation required
- ✓Reporting users who violate these guidelines through our Contact page
What Is Prohibited
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform. In cases involving illegal activity, we will report information to the appropriate authorities.
✗Sexual Content
Nudity, sexually explicit behaviour, or soliciting sexual content of any kind is strictly prohibited. This applies regardless of the age of the user involved.
✗Harassment & Bullying
Deliberately targeting, threatening, insulting, or intimidating another user is not permitted. This includes repeated skipping specifically to find and re-encounter a user to harass them.
✗Hate Speech & Discrimination
Content that demeans, threatens, or promotes hatred toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic is prohibited.
✗Minors
JustChill Live is strictly for users aged 18 and over. Any sexual content involving minors is illegal and will be reported to the appropriate authorities immediately, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
✗Illegal Activity
Using the platform to plan, discuss, promote, or carry out any illegal activity is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to drug dealing, fraud, weapon trafficking, and non-consensual recording of others.
✗Spam & Scams
Sending unsolicited promotional messages, phishing links, or attempting to deceive users for financial gain is strictly prohibited.
✗Impersonation
Pretending to be another person — whether a public figure, a minor, or anyone else — in a way that deceives or harms your chat partner is not allowed.
✗Recording Without Consent
Recording another user's video or audio without their explicit consent violates their privacy and may be illegal in your jurisdiction. This is prohibited on JustChill Live.
✗Personal Information Misuse
Attempting to extract another user's personal information through social engineering, deception, or pressure, and then misusing that information, is prohibited.
How We Moderate
JustChill Live uses a combination of user reporting and automated systems to enforce these guidelines. Because video chat happens in real time, we rely significantly on our community to identify and report violations.
When a user is reported, our team reviews the report and takes appropriate action, which may include warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on the severity of the violation. IP-based blocking is applied to prevent banned users from rejoining the platform.
We are continuously improving our detection systems. If you encounter a violation, please do not engage with it — simply click Next to end the session and then report the incident through our Contact page. The more detail you can provide (approximate time, description of the violation), the more effectively we can investigate.
Consequences of Violations
Minor Violation
Warning issued. Repeated minor violations escalate to suspension.
Serious Violation
Immediate temporary or permanent suspension from the platform.
Illegal Activity
Permanent ban and immediate report to relevant law enforcement authorities.
How to Report a Violation
If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines:
- Click Next immediately to end the current session and protect yourself.
- Visit our Contact page.
- Describe the violation in detail, including the approximate time it occurred.
- Our team will review your report within 48 hours.
